Olive oil is one of the few ingredients that is not locally sourced, but is indispensable to the style of food we make.

We use Manfredi Barbera & Figli Frantoia olive oil to finish nearly all of our dishes. This is an olive oil made in Sicily from 3 types of olives - Nocellara, Ogliarola, and Biancolilla - and cold pressed using traditional granite grinders.

This oil really balances sweet almond notes with grassy artichoke, and is full-bodied without being overpowering. This is a great oil for finishing dishes and dressing salads.

Please never cook with this oil! When heated, the subtleties are lost, and because it is unrefined it has a lower smoke point than cooking oils. Rather, put it - abundantly - on anything just before it goes to table.

Purchased oil can be delivered or picked up with your meal kit.
