The relationships I have developed with the growers and getters on the North Coast and in SW Washington are years in the making. I am excited to be able to bring the bounty of our region directly to the home kitchen. The recipes are thoughtful, simple, yet exciting, and really make it practical to eat local, seasonal, fresh, and real food every day.
In addition to impeccable ingredients, I offer readymade components that are impractical for the home cook but add new dimensions to a weeknight dinner. Pickles and ferments are frequently a part of a recipe, as are fresh pastas, housemade vinegars, cured meats, and many other artisanal products that elevate a meal with no added labor to the home cook.
